Tom Brady retired after the 2022 NFL season as one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game.

During his career, Brady was a seven-time Super Bowl champion with two teams and was the league’s MVP three times.

Since he left the sport as a player, there have been rumors that Brady might return to the field, even though he will turn 47 in August.

Recently, a video surfaced of the former quarterback throwing a pass in Venice, Italy.

In the video, Brady also yells, “That’s what’s going to happen on Sunday, too!”

Before fans get too excited, Brady threw his pass to Sophi Horne, a Racebird designer for E1, an electric boat racing league.

Brady bought a stake in an E1 team last summer and the outfit was rebranded as “Team Brady.”

E1 is all electronic in an attempt to provide eco-friendly boat racing.

Not only has Brady invested in the league, but so have the likes of actor Will Smith, singer Marc Anthony, and sports stars Rafael Nadal, Sergio Perez, and Didier Drogba.

The E1 season kicked off in February in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with Team Brady taking first place.

The series’ second event will be in Venice on May 12 and Team Brady is already the favorite.

As for football, it remains a long shot that Brady will line up under center any time soon.

However, as is evident with his involvement in E1, Brady remains hyper-competitive and one can never be too sure he won’t get the itch to suit up again.
