Chiefs Draft Pick Shows Off New Tattoo

The two-time defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs are the NFL’s reigning dynasty, and many feel they did very well in the draft, which could allow them to extend their dynasty for quite some time.

They made a trade with the Buffalo Bills that got them the No. 28 pick in last week’s draft, which they used on Xavier Worthy, a speedster wide receiver from the University of Texas.

Worthy decided to celebrate by getting a tattoo of his new team’s logo, per Yahoo Sports.

Worthy attracted attention when he ran the 40-yard dash in 4.21 seconds at the NFL Scouting Combine, which is the fastest 40-yard time ever recorded in the history of the combine.

It doesn’t automatically mean he will become a big-time star at the next level, but he will have one of the greatest quarterbacks ever in Patrick Mahomes throwing him the football and putting him in position to succeed.

Worthy caught 75 passes for 1,014 yards and five touchdowns last season for the Longhorns, and the Chiefs are likely hoping they can mold him into Tyreek Hill 2.0.

They won it all last season with a makeshift group of young and unproven wideouts, and the best of that group, Rashee Rice, is currently facing some serious legal charges stemming from a recent car crash he was involved in.

If Worthy does become a stud, or if Rice continues to develop into a star and beats his legal charges, Kansas City could be even better in 2024 than they were this past season.
