The 2024 NFL Draft was one to remember.

Several teams made significant moves to trade up in the draft, hopefully selecting players who will be a part of their organization for the foreseeable future.

While the draft is very exciting for players and fans alike, there is another piece to this event that can sometimes be an afterthought.

Players still need to sign a contract with the team that drafts them, which can take a lot of time, depending on how negotiations go.

Many teams are still working through this, but, as a recent article and tweet from Pro Football Talk indicated, the Carolina Panthers have officially become the first team to reach deals with their entire draft class.

The Panthers only had seven picks in the draft, which made it easier for them to sign everyone.

Their first pick in the draft was Xavier Legette, a highly-touted wide receiver who snuck into the first round.

Legette presents significant upside in the NFL, and could be a great target for Bryce Young, who is trying to make a name for himself in the league.

The Panthers saw other opportunities to grow their offense throughout the draft, taking Jonathan Brooks in round two, and Ja’Tavion Sanders in round four.

Brooks is a high-octane running back prospect, and Sanders is viewed as one of the best tight end prospects in this draft class.

It will be interesting to see what their respective roles are on this team, and if the Panthers can find a way to find more success with their new additions in mind.
