The 2023 college football season had several big talking points, but perhaps none were bigger than the Colorado Buffaloes.

Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders took over the program before the season and brought with him multi-purpose threat Travis Hunter along with his sons, Shedeur and Shilo.

Shedeur was the starting quarterback for the Buffs and passed for 3,230 yards, 27 touchdowns and three interceptions.

Colorado began the year with an upset of TCU and a 4-2 record before losing the last six games to end 4-8.

Shedeur could have left college to test the waters of the NFL Draft, but he chose to stay and play his senior year for his father.

Recently, ESPN talking head, Louis Riddick, (per “We Coming”) warned opponents to be ready for Sanders this fall.

“He is a baller and if he has some help, He’s gonna light College Football on fire”

“He’s much more mature than his age would suggest,” said Riddick. “Do not get it twisted, do not get jaded by the flash, the symbol when he puts the watch up, the cars, and the NIL deals and who his dad is. This kid’s a baller. He’s a baller, and if he has some help, he’s going to light college football on fire.”

In big moments this past season, Sanders flexed his left arm to show off an expensive watch and effectively show doubters what time it is.

Meanwhile, his father, along with the Colorado coaching staff, have been working to assemble a roster around Shedeur that will help the Buffs win more games in 2024 and, hopefully, get to a bowl for the first time since 2020.
