One common thread that is seen around the NFL during practices in the summer is insiders tweeting about each player’s individual performance.

In Chicago, all eyes are on Caleb Williams and this young Bears offense.

Insider Zack Pearson posted some key notes about Chicago’s latest minicamp practice on social media, including the performance of Williams.

“Much better day for Caleb Williams and the offense in 7-on-7s. Williams threw 2 TDs one to DJ Moore and one to Rome Odunze…Defense won the 11 on 11 drill,” Pearson wrote.

The throw to Odunze was on the money in the corner as the WR went up and got it in between double coverage. Really nice play all around.

For a young team like the Bears and for their young leader in Williams, it is all about growth.

The former Heisman Trophy winner seemed to have a much better day than the one before.

Better yet, the defense had a quality day on the practice field too.

For a team that hasn’t had much success when it comes to playing 11-on-11 football in between September and January recently, seeing these kinds of strides should make the fan base extremely happy.

With the young talent on both sides of the ball, that should give the team an advantage when they practice.

They are quicker and faster than most teams because they’ve acquired so much talent in such a short span.

Additionally, a lot of these players don’t know what it’s like to win, which means they are hungry.

Teams like the Cowboys, Rams, Bills, and Ravens might not be as hungry because they’ve had so much regular season success over the last few years.

Watch out for this young Bears squad.
